Welcome to Fraiche!Fraiche is a local artisanal snack shop specializing in homemade organic yogurts and other wholesome foods. We offer a quick (or leisurely!) healthful breakfast, post-workout snack, light lunch, afternoon pick-me-up, or after dinner treat.
We pride ourselves in making most of our menu from scratch with clean, simple recipes that highlight nutrient-dense foods. We even pasteurize our own milk and culture our yogurts from scratch! We are proud to claim that we are the only place in the Bay Area that serves frozen yogurt made from REAL yogurt.We are dedicated to high quality ingredients, full-flavored healthful recipes and organic and sustainable practices. We aim to satisfy ANY craving and consciously offer a variety of choices for special dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and paleo lifestyles.

House YogurtsAt the heart of our menu are our yogurts (both greek and frozen).
All of our yogurts are HOMEMADE.
We invested to build a small-scale dairy plant right inside our Palo Alto shop. Our small-batch pasteurizer and our yogurt culture are custom made for Fraiche in Europe. We tested many different cultures and were adamant about finding one that not only tasted great but had all the requisite healthy probiotics.
Oatmeal BowlsLet us cure you of any previous porridge trauma and do away with memories of mushy, tasteless oats. We take extra steps to pre-germinate our steel cuts overnight and make sure the grains will pop in your mouth. Our warm, creamy oatmeal bowl creations are designed to delight with a composition of colors, flavors, and textures.
Choose from our popular combinations such as Baked Apple Caramel or Blueberry/Banana Omega-3 oats. Or design your own perfect meal with our selection of over 20 different toppings.
SmoothiesOur smoothies are blended fresh to order using our house organic yogurts, frozen yogurts and only WHOLE fruits and veggies. To maximize the nutritional value and minimize the sweetness we do not add any water or any type of juice. The addition of agave, maple syrup or honey is complimentary.*dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free smoothies available.
BreakfastAll of our foods are made with mindful ingredients. Our breakfast was designed to start your day off on the right foot! We offer sources for sustained energy, healthy sources of protein and encourage more vegetables in your diet.
